Suggested Use
Depends on body weight, physical activity and diet. It is recommended to consume 2-3 servings per day between meals. It is best to take one portion in the morning, another immediately after training. One scoop (45g) requires 250 ml - 300 ml of milk or water. Use according to the instructions of a sports doctor or coach and/or special nutrition programs for athletes
