Recover has been specially formulated with specific amounts of high glycemic carbohydrates and easily absorbed di and tri peptide amino acids for rapid absorption to enhance recuperation and recovery. High concentrations of Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) replace the amino acids used during exercise and delay fatigue between regular bouts of exertion which make it ideal to be taken after any form of sport or exercise.

Recommended Use
