Recommended Use
Add 3 scoops (30 g) to 250 ml of water or another favorite beverage and take once daily after exercise, within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours after intense and/or prolonged physical exercise. The product can also be taken before and during exercise.
Warnings
Consult a physician prior to use if you have any medical condition. As with all creatine products, maintain an adequate state of hydration during use. Do not use if you suffer from diabetes or if you are prone to hyperglycemia or hypoglycemia. If you experience skin rash or any other allergic reaction, discontinue use and consult a physician.
