What is the difference between casein and whey protein?
Whey protein is quickly absorbed, i.e. it quickly reaches the muscles, while casein protein is a bit different as it is broken down slowly in the digestive system. Suggested Use
Mix 30 g (1 scoop) of the product with 200 ml of water.
Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
