Directions
Take 2 packs a day for 3 straight weeks, 1 pack upon waking up and the other 4-6 hours later. Follow a 3 -weeks-on, 1-week-off cycle. After the week off, you can resume usage. The Thermogenic Complex is in the red capsule & the Diuretic Complex is in the blue capsule.
