Directions

Dissolve 30 grams (1 scoop) of the powder in 200 ml of water. Besides, it has a smooth texture and, therefore, can be added to your preferred smoothie, shake, or even oats. However, individual nutritional requirements vary with body weight and level of training/exercise.
