Suggested Use
Mix 2 scoops with 200ml of water and consume immediately. Use for 8 weeks to experience maximum strength. Loading phase: load your muscles the first 7 days. Take 1 serving (2 scoops) of 6th Gear Creatine with 200 ml of water in the morning and take a second serving at 8 p.m. Maintenance stage: take 1 serving (2 scoops) immediately following your workout. If you're not training that day, then you take 1 serving (2 scoops) in the morning when you wake up.
